Proveno wins another award
The success of the unique Proveno Combi Kettle continues as it was in June 2008 selected to receive one more award to its trophy case. The German Association of Planning Offices for Catering and Hotel Business, VdF ("Verband der Fachplaner") awarded the triannual Dr. Georg Triebe Innovation Prize to the Proveno Chill Pro combi kettle. This award is considered one of the most prestigious in this line of business.
The award was handed to Stierlen GmbH, the German distributor of the Proveno Chill Pro kettles, at the 25th Symposium of the Vdf in Berlin. The award is awarded every three years in three categories: "Ecology and Economy", "Product Innovation" and "System Innovation". The Proveno Chill Pro got the prize in the category "Ecology and Economy".
According to the 15 jury members, Proveno got the prize due to the fact that the jacket cooling together with the patented refrigerated mixing tool, connected to a 100% ecological SmartIce system offers efficient food production and immediate rapid cooling, while maintaining perfect hygienic and HACCP safety and control.
Another important advantage of the Proveno Combi kettle is its very low energy consumption. The unique TemmpGuard temperature control system continuously monitors and controls the food temperature and applies only the necessary amount of energy to the cooking process. The powerful versatile mixing tool enables most of the menu items to be produced frmo start to finish in the same kettle, while maintaining the temperature and avoiding heat loss through transportation. All this together with good insulation gives an excellent efficiency ratio low energy consumption.
We are very grateful for this award which again proves the Proveno to be the leading combi kettle on the market. Special thanks go the team at Stierlen for their effort in making Proveno the synonym for a cook&chill kettle in the demanding German market..
