Zoldano Cadorini, Master Gelato makers at the Carpigiani Gelato Museum

The Gelato Museum presents a new thematic area dedicated to Italian gelato pioneers from Val di Zoldo and Cadore.

Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 3pm, Carpigiani Gelato Museum will inaugurate the  new area  of the museum dedicated to the history of the gelatieri Zoldano Cadorini, the first ambassadors of artisan gelato in the world.
A reconstruction of a gelateria from the early 1900’s will be presented full of wonderful accessories and invaluable instruments.
Free guided tours of the museum are available at 4 and 5 pm. Reservations necessary.
