Ambach Kitchens in the Portfolio of Tricon
The prestigious consulting company chose the Ambach project for the Waldorf Hilton, London, to show amongst its most important projects.
The project by Ambach for the Waldorf Hilton Hotel was put in the portfolio “Hotels and Restaurants” published by Tricon, the prestigious consultant company based in London with more than 30 years of experience in the world of foodservice equipment.
The Waldorf Hilton is a luxurious 5 star hotel located in Covent Garden, in the heart of the theatre district in London, near the principal attractions and sights of the city.
The hotel was recently renovated under the guidance of Tricon. The renovations included the pastry kitchen and the extremely refined restaurant.
The kitchen, installed below street level, was planned and carried out by Ambach in collaboration with Tricon. The Ambach System 900 line was chosen for its characteristics: sturdiness, efficiency, performance and hygiene.
The Waldorf Hilton is an important reference for Ambach and we are proud that Tricon chose to include it amongst its most prestigious projects.
