Grandimpianti has completed another prestigious project, designing and building all the restaurant areas at EDIT, a new benchmark for excellence on the Turin gourmet scene.
Standing for “Eat Drink Innovate Together”, EDIT is an innovative concept dedicated to different forms of dining. A multifunctional space, based around the concepts of sharing and innovation, it’s divided into five areas: a bakery café,a brewery, a pub, a cocktail bar and a restaurant with a show kitchen.
EDIT guests can play an active role in various dining experiences and try out different professional kitchens including Ambach’s Chef 850 line, four Mareno kitchens from the Star and High Performance ranges and the Evolution line by Silko designed for show cooking. Grandimpianti worked on this major project in close cooperation with the architects from Yet Matilde.
