Rancilio Specialty at the Milan Coffee Festival

The first Milanese edition of the event opens its doors on November, 30

Rancilio Specialty will be one of the exhibitors at the first and long-awaited edition of the Milan Coffee Festival, from November, 30 to December 2 at the Pelota space in Milan.

Rancilio will be welcome guests in its booth dedicated to Rancilio Specialty-RS1, the new coffee machine designed for the world of Specialty Coffee. Just a few weeks from the finals of the Latte Art and Coffee in Good Spirits Championships, the baristas competing for the Italian title on the stage of SIGEP will get the chance to test the new features of RS1 for themselves at the Milan Coffee Festival: from its innovative steam system to Advanced Temperature Profiling.

As well as offering a showcase for the world of baristas’ competitions, the Rancilio Specialty stand will be a space open to all Festival visitors. Jessica Sartiani will be starring behind the counter with her welcome coffee drinks and there will also be informative sessions targeting Sunday’s public. Rancilio Group’s Coffee Competence team will welcome the more curious visitors to the Extraction Lab table, the interactive laboratory which is all set to reveal the secrets of coffee extraction, thanks to a series of tasting experiences, showing the potential offered by Rancilio-patented Temperature Profiling.
