VariO Icona Hybrid is a simple and intuitive combo machine for artisan gelato that covers the whole production process.
An all-in-one unit
In the upper part of the machine, the horizontal cylinder mixes ingredients, while in the lower part, the horizontal cylinder makes gelato.
Sustainability
The gelato machine saves energy and water, by utilizing a hybrid condensation system that combines air and water. Thanks to this system, it reduces waters consumption and minimum charge.
Intelligent
The ICONA system features an intuitive LCD touchscreen and a smart interface that lets you switch from one operation to another and manage and store recipes and alerts with just a few taps.
